The Firm provides Competition Law related corporate/transactional advisory (joint ventures, collaborations, distribution and supply arrangements, and other commercial transactions) as per the regime under Competition Act, 2002 and various notifications under it. We represent Clients before Competition Commission of India, NCLAT and Hon’ble High Court and Supreme Court in the issues involving obtaining required CCI approvals and DG investigation in allegations of anti-competitive agreements, predatory pricing and abuse of dominant position. We undertake extensive researches for our clients who are dominant players to understand the relevant market to advice our Client on prospective corporate and business decisions to prevent violating mandates of section 3 and 4 of the Act.
