Due Diligence

   

The main and most important objective of legal due diligence, is to gather all law related information about an individual, company, or business deal in question; to evaluate the risks and identify the red flag issues and underline the legal strengths and advantages associated with a business transaction.; to tender advice to the Client to mitigate the risks and hedging the risks that may arise in the future ; and to make a business deal or financial transaction most safe and profitable.

The Firm has an extensive experience in undertaking due-diligence assignments across various sectors both for the transactional purposes (diligence against a target company or a vendor due diligence) and on stand-alone basis. The diligence includes vetting of documents in soft or hard copy or in the virtual room to broadly cover corporate/company status, approvals/licenses, finance/debts, material agreements/contracts/ commercial situations and risks, human resource/ employment contracts, property/assets/leases/securities, insurance and intellectual property and pending and potential lawsuits.
