We undertake litigation assignments before National Green Tribunals, Hon’ble High Court and Supreme Court of India. We also do environmental due diligence to assess and red flag material environmental risks related to acquisition of operated and non-operated production/ manufacturing sites as well as acquisition of predevelopment assets in India. We advise our clients and assist them in coordinating with State Pollution Control Boards (SPCBs), the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and the Central Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEF & CC).
